I usually don’t write a review unless it is something exceptional. My lexus had a front sensor issue with an error, I took it to 2 other places, and they just solved the error for a few hours and got the same error again. These guys are professionals and know what they are doing. They fixed actually two issues at once. I am glad I went there. Highly recommended!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mike has helped me out each time I’ve gone and has a lifelong customer. These days it’s so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic but him and his team are some of the best. I can drive away with confidence knowing that my car will take me to my next destination safely. The cost is more than reasonable and they give a great breakdown of what they saw in their receipt. If you’re looking for a mechanic that won’t rip you off, can quickly diagnose your cars problem, and provides exceptional customer service auto diagnostic & repair is where you want to go!!!
My experience is many years of car care from Vince the former owner of B&N FOREIGN CAR SERVICE. Vince does the work as if it’s his own car with impeccable care. Once i had tires replaced by Big O Tires and the mechanic said i had a arm cracked on the front suspension that he recommended be replaced. I said well if that’s the case i’d rather give my mechanic the business if that’s the case. Vince said that it was fine, no need to replace. I feel if Vince is working there now at Auto Diagnostic & Repair, assures me of the inherent integrity of the whole shop.
Mike and the team here are amazing. I’ve taken my car here 3 times and each time they’ve been honest, clear, helpful and did a complete and great job. I had a light come on recently and called and Mike said swing by to see if there’s an immediate issue or if it could wait and I was so appreciative of the quick same day help. Makes me feel like I’ve got a great partner to take care of my car! The team is thorough, highly skilled and communicative . I would highly recommend coming here.
